Rosacea is a chronic skin disease that mainly affects the face, develops mainly on the cheeks, but can spread to the forehead, nose, chin, ears, around the eyes, neck and chest. At first, the redness appears intermittently, but later its appearance is more constant and more noticeable. You can also see the appearance of papules, small purulent pimples, and dilated blood vessels.
Rosacea tends to manifest more in women between 35 and 50 years of white skin, but that does not mean that men cannot suffer from this skin disease.
Rosacea is a progressive condition and although it is controlled, tends to manifest itself more when the person:
– It is exposed to extreme temperatures
– Consume excessive coffee and alcohol
– Does a lot of sport
– Feel ashamed
– Is exposed to the sun for a long time
– Is going through stressful situations

There are things in life that get out of control or simply cannot be avoided, such as the weather, but as much as possible, these factors should be avoided so that the redness of the skin does not manifest.

I have suffered from rosacea since 2008 and it had been a constant struggle that came and went. Two years ago my dermatologist recommended applying Ivermectin cream 1% twice a day to my face. This medicine, in combination with a Revitol cream that I use daily, has helped me a lot in reducing my symptoms.
I frequently consume green and turmeric tea, in fact I drink them daily π
I avoid steam on my face or places that are suffocated or hot.
I DO NOT USE MAKEUP, I only use a Demoiselle Rice Power on my face and at this point, itβs only sell it in Mexico. It is the only thing that I have been able to put on my face since I was 15 years old, and the truth is, I have not been able to use another brand. My face is very delicate and does not accept another type of dust or coverage. That powder not only covers the blemishes on my face, it prevents my skin from getting oily. π
Most days my face looks completely normal, but I do feel affected by the hot air and the cold air on my face. However, months can go by without my face burning or itching, and when it appears, it disappears immediately
